Progress is on track for Stage 1A lot titles to be issued from late November, early December 2010.

Construction of Stage 1A commenced in March following award of the civil works and landscape contract to Brierty Contractors. Earthworks are now nearing completion and sewer reticulation construction has commenced.

Stage 1A will provide the first opportunity to see the quality of the estate, its unique characteristics and detailed design . Ranging in size from 300m2- 600m2, Stage 1A includes examples of each of the different lot choices available for you at Harrisdale Green.

This first stage incorporates the northern entry boulevard into the estate off Ranford Road, the sales office, builders’ display village lots and the first stage of the estate’s large central public open space area. The stage extends from just inside Ranford Road through to the western boundary of the site where it adjoins the Jandakot Regional Park and ‘Bush forever’ conservation area.
 
A display village will soon also form part of Stage 1A giving buyers various housing design ideas and options of house and land packages that showcase sustainable design.
