Harrisdale Green has been awarded funding to the WA Department of Housing from the Federal Government under the Housing Affordability Fund (HAF). This means that those who have purchased a lot at Harrisdale Green may be eligible for a rebate of up to $18,693.
In order to be eligible for a HAF rebate, purchasers must satisfy certain eligibility criteria including having achieved settlement on a lot at Harrisdale Green, be the original purchasers of the lot and satisfy the income criteria. Please refer to application form and guide (attached below) for full eligibility criteria.
Independent assessors, RSM Bird Cameron, have been appointed to assess and advise on all Harrisdale Green HAF applications.
